Financing & Insurance
At Eagles Pointe Endodontics, we strive to make paying for your dental care as straightforward as possible. Please take a moment to review our insurance policies and payment options.
Insurance Policy
We do not accept HMO or Medicaid plans. Additionally, we are not in-network with any dental insurance carriers. However, as a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim on your behalf to help you receive any applicable reimbursement directly.
What Does This Mean?
- Consultations: The full fee is due upfront when you visit us for a consultation. We will file the insurance claim, and your insurance provider will reimburse you directly.
- Treatment Visits: For treatments, we require 50% of the total fee on the day of your service. After your insurance company processes the claim and pays us, we will refund any overpaid amount. If the insurance payment is less than expected, the remaining balance is your responsibility.
Insurance Payment Policies
- Non-Assignment Carriers: Some dental insurance providers do not honor direct payment (assignment of benefits) to us. In such cases, the full fee is required upfront, and the insurance company will reimburse you directly.
- Medicare: If you’re filing with Medicare, we will ask for the full fee upfront, and Medicare will reimburse you directly.
Payment Plan Options
In addition to insurance, we offer convenient payment plans to help you manage the cost of your care.
